20 US Senators sign a letter asking that the Energy Modernization Act of 2016 will not include anti-wildlife provisions

20 US Senators sign a letter to the Chair (The Honorable Lisa Murkowski) and ranking member (The Honorable Maria Cantwell) of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources asking for a Energy Modernization Act of 2016 that will not include the many anti-wildlife provisions that are included in the house's version of the same bill. There are many bad wildlife provisions in the house's energy bill including revoking protections for the gray wolf and expanding trapping on pubic lands. These US Senators are standing for wildlife and for the environment and are asking for a final energy bill that moves our country forward without taking away protections for wildlife.
