Howling For Wolves to hold “Wolf Pack” meeting in St. Paul on March 5

(St. Paul, Minn) – Howling For Wolves, a Minnesota-based wolf advocacy organization, announces its first “Wolf Pack” meeting in St. Paul at Lake Monster Brewing on Tuesday, March 5, from 7 to 9 PM.

At the open house meeting, Howling For Wolves leaders will update attendees on the current legal status of the wolf, discuss various political priorities, and highlight current projects and opportunities to become involved in outreach, education, and advocacy on behalf of the wolf.

“The gray wolf is an iconic and important part of Minnesota – and Howling For Wolves is organizing and engaging supporters in the Twin Cities area to join our Wolf Pack to ensure this endangered species’ long-term survival for future generations. We oppose reckless wolf trophy hunting and snaring of all wildlife. We also support the use of prevention methods to avoid wolf-livestock conflicts to avoid unnecessary wolf killing,” said Dr. Maureen Hackett, founder and president of Howling For Wolves, a Minnesota-based wolf advocacy organization.
